Pizzo dei Tre Signori

Pizzo dei Tre Signori is a mountain located in Lombardia prealps called Orobie. The top of this mountain is 2554 meters high and the environment that surrounds Pizzo dei Tre Signori is really awesome, with high rocky peaks and a savage nature. Two of these peaks, Pizzo di Trona and Pizzo Varrone, are fantastic with very steep flanks. In this area there are also several lakes, some of them are natural, others are dams like Lago d’Inferno and Lago di Trona. The first is dominated by Pizzo di Trona and the second is closed among Pizzo dei Tre Signori, Bocchetta d’Inferno and a steep flank of Pizzo di Trona. In this area is located also the tiny Rifugio Falc. This refuge is a little jewel embedded in a fantastic environment dominated by Pizzo Varrone. From this refuge starts one of the paths that go on the top of Pizzo dei Tre Signori through Bocchetta di Piazzocco. This pass open the “door” to conquer the top and its cross, with the last steep and rocky part.
