Who’s Mimì ? She is a woman or even better a “not so young girl” with a huge passion for food and wine. During years she has transformed this passion in a wonderful technique that allows her to be a fantastic chef.

Mimì was born and bred in Emilia Romagna, an Italian region where food is a must. In this environment Mimì developed her passion for gastronomy and with a strong determination she has transformed this passion in a great life opportunity: to be a chef !

Here below a Mimì’s most important dishes parade, something that can be called without hesitation “flavour masterpieces”.

But in a nutshell Mimì’s suggestion for the dinner is to start with a fantastic bottle of Prosecco along with cured meat and Gnocco fritto, maybe adding a dish with fish and vegetables specially cooked. Then it is time to choose wine for dinner, and a red one is suggested. So the attention was on Lagrein, a fantastic and structured wine that comes from Alto Adige region. As first course pasta is a must along with meat or fish sauce. As second course again meat or fish cooked with fantastic recipes and using special condiments for an unforgettable flavour !
