Capo Vaticano and Tropea
The promontory of Capo Vaticano is located in front of the Stromboli volcano of the Aeolian islands and divides the gulf of Sant’Eufemia from the one of Gioia Tauro.
From Capo Vaticano you can admire breathtaking views overlooking the sea of intense shades and crystal clear waters and white and secluded beaches.
Imposing rocks that stand out on the sea, uncontaminated landscapes, populous backdrops and panoramic views that extend to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, make Capo Vaticano an unmissable destination.
Tropea was already popular in Roman times for its crystalline sea and white sandy beaches, a strong reminder of relaxation and tranquility.
In the city, a walk through the narrow streets and open spaces overlooked by churches and noble palaces is almost a must, as well as characteristic places where you can taste the local gastronomy. Do not miss the splendid panorama that can be admired from Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
